Shipping & Returns

Why haven’t I received any emails confirming my order or shipping yet?

Check your spam box. You should receive an from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We will process and ship your order within 48 hours upon receiving your order (excluding weekends, holidays, and in the event that we are holding a special promotion and receive an influx of orders). Your order will be shipped Priority through USPS.

If you are outside the US, it will be sent USPS Priority Mail for a $35 fee. It will take approximately 1-2 weeks (sometimes sooner and occasionally it will take longer).

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes! We will ship anywhere that offers insurance on your order, but please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.


Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Something wrong with your order? If for any reason you’re not completely happy with an item, please let us know and we will gladly replace it, or refund your payment. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we will send you a replacement for no additional shipping charge.

To return an item, all you have to do is follow the instructions below:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.

Please include a note specifying what you would like to exchange your item for and/or your original order form.


Refund Requests

When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 1 week).

Exchange Requests

When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your exchange and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.
